Introduction: 

The 1000L AE type glass lined reactor is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant industrial reaction equipment widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, and pesticide industries. It features a flanged structural design and a high-quality enamel-lined inner wall, integrating the functions of material mixing, chemical reaction, heating, cooling, and pressure control. With a nominal volume of 1000 liters, it balances production capacity and operational flexibility, perfectly adapting to small and medium-sized batch production and pilot test production processes. 

Features:

1. The size of F1500L/F2000L/F3000L/F4000L/F5000L/F6300L are mainly used in small and medium scale chemical and pharmaceutical production. The size of F8000L/F10000L/F12500L/F16000L/F50000L are widely used in large-scale chemical production.

2. There are different anti corrosion enamel for heavy acid,heavy acid&alkali lined on steel inner shell. The Ph value is from 1~10  can be supported.

3. After rust removal on the surface of the glass-lined reactor, environmental protection water-based paint is sprayed to make the product more beautiful and environmentally friendly.

4. Various non-standard capacity can be designed and customized as per customer requests.
